Our Values
Founded on the belief that we can provide better customer service, better pricing, and a great experience, we thought first about how we like to be treated when the roles are reversed and we are the customers. Based upon those thoughts, we formed our Core Values.

Integrity, simply defined, is doing the right thing…even when no one is watching. This means at all times having a strong moral compass, an impeccable sense of honesty, and sticking to our principles. Far too often the dollar gets in the way of integrity…but not with us. We value relationships above all else!

We love what we do! We believe that in order to continue growing (both personally and professionally) a sense of passion is a must! it’s no secret that people who are passionate about their work, work harder, love life, and keep learning! What could be better than that?

No red tape. We believe strongly that our team should be empowered always, to to what is right and in the best interest of our clients. It takes much more effort to do something the wrong way, and will always leave someone with hurt feelings.

Our Experience…
What began over 30 years ago as a small heating and air conditioning business evolved over time to include outsourced facilities management, surveillance system installation and maintenance, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems. With that much low voltage industry experience in our pocket, we are capably armed with what we need to ensure a unique, customized smart home and security service for our customers. When we say that relationships are key, we are referring to the decades long relationships with our customers, as well as our coworkers and partners. It is with sincere gratitude that we continue to serve this many years later, and we look forward to many more years serving new friends and partners.
Over the years, we have worked in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. We have provided expert level security consulting services for a variety of industries, including K-12 Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Government, and more. While at the moment we are focusing on strictly residential services, we do anticipate in the coming months opening things up to include commercial security and fire alarm services as well.
We recognize that we may not always do things the way others do…and that’s okay! There are enough corporate cookie cutters in the world, so we are content being a little different. We are not guided by dollars, and we don’t believe in meetings that should have been emails. What we do believe in is good old fashioned customer service.
